Refund policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping fees. Return instructions will be sent via e-mail.

Once we've received the item(s) back, we will be able to exchange or refund your order. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Refunds will be processed to the payment method used for the original order. Refunds will take 3-5 business days to be reflected on your original payment method.

Certain items on our site (clearance, mystery items, bundles, etc.) may not be eligible for returns or exchanges and will specify so on the item page.

To cancel your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, we are unable to cancel your order.
