Shipping policy

Processing Time

Our current processing time (when we are getting your order ready and packaged) is 5-7 days. Many of our items are made to order, so making sure your item is high-quality and properly packaged is priority.  If able or if there is already inventory made of your items, we may be able to achieve a faster turnaround time.

Estimated Shipping Time

Estimated shipping times will vary based on the selected shipping rate at checkout.  

If you would like to check on the exact fulfillment date, please look for the tracking number in your e-mail or reach out to support@themerrymay.com and we will get back to you within 1 business day.

Shipping Address

Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate and up-to-date shipping address.

If you need to change your shipping address, please email us with your order number and the correct shipping address at support@themerrymay.com. You must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to change your address. If you order has already shipped before you contact us, we are unable to change your shipping address.

If an item is not delivered to the buyer because of an inaccurate shipping address, the buyer is responsible for any replacement orders.

Damaged Items and Replacements

If you received the wrong item or your order was damaged in shipping, we will be happy to send you a replacement. Please reach out to us at support@themerrymay.com to get a replacement order set up. Please include a photo of the damage to the item with your email. We cannot cover replacements for items damaged or broken after delivery.
