IMPERFECTION DETAILS (SEE BELOW):

As seen in the first image photo, this cup has a 2-inch section where the UVDTF decal was applied upside down (oops!).  There is a hat, pair of slippers, and coffee cup that appears upside down.  The rest of the cup print is the correct orientation.  Cup is still perfectly functional, but our mistake is your discounted gain!

MISPRINTS AND IMPERFECTIONS POLICIES:

Due to the nature of selling misprints or imperfect items, these are final sale items and not eligible for refunds or exchanges.  We sell these items at a steep discount to our customers, and they are usually singular items therefore we are unable to replace or exchange.

The exception is if there is damage from the carrier (item is broken or unusable) during shipment, we will refund the customer the original payment method or provide a Merry May gift card for the equivalent amount.
